Guest Rooms

Rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn feature the Garden Sleep System™ bed and Herman Miller Mirra® ergonomic chairs, plus a large work desk with convenient desk-level outlets and adjustable lighting. You can choose between rooms with one King size bed or two Queen size beds. Other room amenities include individual climate controls, Neutrogena bath products, plush duvets, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, two telephones, a 32" flat tube high definition TV with on-demand movies, video games and complimentary HBO, complimentary wireless and wired Internet, and remote printing. USA Today newspaper will be delivered each weekday morning. Non-Smoking, Smoking, and handicap-accessible rooms are available. No charge for children ages 18 and under when they occupy the same room as their parents or grandparents.

KING BED EVOLUTION ROOM
The King Evolution room features a king-size Evolution bed with the latest in technology and ergonomic comfort. The Garden Sleep System is one of the most comfortable beds you will ever experience - providing the perfect balance between comfort and support. King rooms are designed for one or two persons.

2 QUEEN BEDS EVOLUTION ROOM
The Two Queen Evolution rooms feature two Queen Evolution beds with the latest in technology and ergonomic comfort. The Garden Sleep System is one of the most comfortable beds you will ever experience - providing the perfect balance between comfort and support. 2 Queen rooms are designed for two to four persons.

Room Occupancy

SINGLE OCCUPANCY - one adult in the room. One or more children ages 18 and under may stay in the room with their parent or grandparent.

DOUBLE OCCUPANCY - two adults in the room. One or more children ages 18 and under may stay in the room with their parent or grandparent.

TRIPLE OCCUPANCY - three adults in the room. One or two children ages 18 and under may stay in the room with their parent or grandparent.

QUADRUPLE OCCUPANCY - four adults in the room. One child ages 18 and under may stay in the room with their parent or grandparent.

Maximum occupancy per room is 5 persons, with the possible exception of one or more infants who will sleep in a crib.

The Great American Grill is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cozy Pavilion Lounge is the place for the beverage of your choice. The Pavilion Pantry 24-hour convenience mart can satisfy most cravings with an array of snacks, fresh and frozen meals, and refreshing beverages. Evening room service is also available.

Great American Grill:

  • Breakfast served 6:00-10:30 am weekdays, 7:00-11:00 am weekends
  • Lunch served 11:00 am-2:00 pm weekdays, 12:00-2:00 pm weekends
  • Dinner served 5:00-9:00 pm Sunday through Thursday, 5:00-10:00 pm Friday & Saturday

Room service is available for dinner, from 5:00 to 10:00 pm nightly.

Self-parking and valet parking are available for additional daily fees ($18-$23).

The Hilton does not provide a free airport shuttle, but there are reasonably priced shuttle services available in Nashville.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. All sales are final.
If you have ordered this show as a part of a vacation package, a different cancellation policy applies and is detailed in the Important Information section on your E-ticket.

Change policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
