There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.
Tour / Activity Policies
Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. There are no refunds.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Special Schedule Details
For the safety of the horses, rides are available only after 6:00 pm during the high-temperature months of July & August.
Covid-19 Regulations
- All guests are currently required to wear facemasks or facial coverings.
- All drivers have been tested with negative results.
- Each driver's temperature is checked daily prior to their shift.
- Transactions with customers will be done at a two-arm length with both driver and customer extending arms to meet the 6-feet social distancing requirement.
- Driver hands will be sanitized after each transaction.
- Tips will be placed in a sanitized bag with disinfectant sprayed after each transaction.
- All employees are required to wear masks at all times downtown.
- Carriages are sprayed with disinfectant after each ride.
- No guest is allowed to touch the animals.
- Front seats of carriages closest to the driver will not be used.
Important
- Ride is priced PER-CARRIAGE for up to 4 passengers (assuming average-sized adults at 165 lbs. per passenger).
- The City of Nashville’s ordinances & public safety laws require carriage rides to cease operation whenever the outdoor temperature falls below 32 degrees or climbs above 95 degrees.
- Rides run rain or shine! However,they may be postponed or canceled due to severe weather. The carriage driver reserves the right to postpone or cancel rides whenever weather conditions become unsafe for the horses, passengers or the driver.
- During the check-out process, you will be asked to provide a phone number in Nashville where you can be reached if your scheduled ride is affected by a weather-related postponement and/or cancellation.
Child Policy
- You will also be asked during the ordering process to specify if your group will include any children under age 5.
- Children ages 4 and under may ride on the lap of an adult and not be counted against the number of per-carriage passengers.
