Length: Daytime Tour valid 48 hours + Night Tour (if ordered) 1.5 to 2 hours


9:00 am to 5:30 pm daily - every 15-30 minutes (April through October)

10:00 am to 5:00 pm daily - every 30-90 minutes (November through March)

24 Hours Minimum Advance Booking Required (48 Hours Required for Parties of 10 or More People). Orders booked within these ranges may not be confirmed. Hotel pick-up not included. You may initially board at any trolley stop with a printed E-Ticket. You may only initially board at Riverfront Train Station if you only have an electronic voucher. Please order online or call to order or for more information.

There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If you have ordered this tour as a part of a vacation package, a different cancellation policy applies and is detailed in the Important Information section on your E-ticket.

Change Fee Policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Music City Trolley Hop Description

The daytime tour (one complete loop) lasts approximately 1.25 hours. There is an additional 15 minute stop at Nashville’s Riverfront Train Station. Or, take advantage of the hop-on/hop-off privileges and make a day (or TWO) of it!

Special Schedule Details

On Christmas Eve, the trolleys will only be running each half hour from 10:00 am until 2:30 pm.

After your initial boarding, you can hop-off and hop-on during daytime operating hours at any of the trolley stops for the rest of valid period of two days.

Night Tour Option

See Music City in a different light by adding on this option. The tour allows for quick hop off points at 6 different locations for you to capture some beautiful photos of Nashville at night before hopping back on the trolley and learning about Nashville’s unique history, stories, and charm. See a breathtaking vantage point of the Nashville skyline, the Parthenon, the Tennessee State Capitol building, Bicentennial Mall, downtown Broadway, and more!

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the guest have to begin at the Riverfront Train Station? -- Guests can begin at any stop provided they have a printed ticket or voucher. Please note that not all stops are marked. See the list of trolley stop locations.

What time does the trolley stop running? -- April-October, The last trolley of the day departs at 4:00 pm and returns to the Riverfront Train Station at 5:30 pm. November-March, the last departure time is 4:00 pm with return to the train station at 5:00 pm. And, you can add on the Night Trolley option (a 1.5-2-hour tour of the city with 6 photo stops). The Night Trolley departs from the Riverfront Train Station at 8:00 pm.

What is the frequency of the trolley? -- Due to demand fluctuations, it varies day by day. Trolleys depart from the Riverfront Train Station from April–October approximately every 15-30 minutes. From November – March, trolleys depart every 30 to 90 minutes.

I have a large group, what are my options? -- The trolley tour operates on a first-come-first-served basis. Most of the trolleys have a seating capacity of 25, not including standing capacity. Large groups are encouraged to be willing to split up in order to take the public trolley tour and standing on the vehicles is allowed. You might also want to consider a private vehicle to do the hop on/hop off tour specifically with your group only and private trolley tours of the city including photo hop-off points can be available before 10:00 am and after 4:30 pm for large groups.
