Cancellation Policy: Once confirmed, cancellations are only available for the entire Vacation Package. Cancellations submitted more than 4 days in advance of arrival date are subject to a $100 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance applied to a two year monetary gift certificate. Any cancellations made within 4 days of arrival date are non-refundable.
If the Vacation Package hotel room becomes unavailable, customer can select an alternate hotel, reschedule for an alternate date, or be refunded in full.
If any of the Vacation Package activities become unavailable, customer can select alternate activities, or be refunded a pro-rata portion of the Vacation Package price. Please note, however, that the Vacation Package remains intact.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per Vacation Package change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Subsequent changes to your Vacation Package will result in additional change fees. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee changes, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 4 days prior to the arrival date and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
Itinerary:
Friday: Welcome to Nashille & Grand Ole Opry - Your first evening in Nashville promises to be a memorable one. Plan to depart the hotel at 6:00 pm for the Grand Ole Opry and a fabulous evening of country music! You'll see new stars as well as the legends of country and bluegrass. The show, which includes a live radio broadcast, begins at 7:00 pm and lasts 2.5 hours. PLEASE NOTE: November through January all shows are held at the Ryman Auditorium in downtown Nashville. If you plan to enjoy this package during that time frame, you are responsible for your own transportation to the Ryman Auditorium. The hotel provides roundtrip shuttle service to the Ryman at a cost of $18.00 per person.
Saturday Morning: Nashville City Tour - See the best of "Music City USA" on this informative and entertaining 3-hour sightseeing tour. You'll be picked up from the hotel between 8:30-9:00 am and head to Historic Downtown Nashville. Among the sights you'll see are Fort Nashboro, the State Capitol, Parthenon, Music Row, Studio B (where over 100 top ten hits were recorded by Elvis Presley), Bicentennial Mall, and Vanderbilt University. Your morning includes tours of the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum, plus the "Mother Church of Country Music" - the historic Ryman Auditorium. There's also a stop at a downtown Honky Tonk for some live country music and a refreshment before you are returned to the hotel. You're on your own for the afternoon. You might want to visit the Opry Mills for shopping - just a short walk or complimentary shuttle ride from the hotel.
Saturday Night: General Jackson Dinner Cruise & Show - Get ready to enjoy a delicious dinner and a great show aboard one of the largest showboats in the world - the famous and historic General Jackson! Boarding begins at 6:15 pm. The cruise departs at 7:00 pm and returns at 10:00 pm. You'll cruise down the Cumberland River on this 300-foot-long vessel, enjoying the views, a plated dinner and a very enjoyable stage show. From January to early March, a Broadway-style musical revue called "Sing" is onstage. A nostalgic journey through America's music called "Country Music USA" follows from mid-March to mid-November while a special holiday-themed show rounds out the year in late November through mid-December. Shows are subject to change.

March 12 through November 15
Take a musical journey as you cruise the Cumberland River. Explore the history of country music through the songs that gave a voice to America. It will start with the music of country legends like Hank Williams, Patsy Cline and other icons of the Grand Ole Opry. Next you'll explore the hits of the 90's from Garth Brooks, Reba McIntyre and Dolly Parton. And finally, you'll enjoy the blockbuster hits of country music today through the music of Carrie Underwood and Rascal Flatts.
